Mrs. Adams presented the resolution and Mr. Mountford nominated the slate. On a motion by Mr. Mountford, seconded by Mr. Blumenthal, the board adopted the resolution with all supervisors voting in favor. The motion leaves prior appointments—Chesley “Chuck” Adams as secretary and Craig Wrathell as assistant secretary and treasurer—unchanged.
The action formalizes leadership for the coming term and preserves existing administrative appointments for district management and treasury functions. The board noted required ethics training and disclosure filing deadlines for the newly sworn supervisors, which staff will add to the Key Activity Dates list.
