River Ridge CDD adopts Resolution 2025-01 electing officers, removing one prior appointee

At the Oct. 22 meeting the River Ridge CDD adopted Resolution 2025-01 to elect and remove district officers. Nominations were made by Assistant Secretary Kurt Blumenthal; the resolution names Bob Schultz as Chair, Terry Mountford as Vice Chair, Kurt Blumenthal and Robert Twombly as Assistant Secretaries and adds Keith Merrill as an Assistant Secretary. The resolution removes James Gilman from that role.
The motion to adopt the resolution was made by Mr. Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Mountford, and approved "with all in favor." Existing staff appointments (including Chesley "Chuck" Adams as Secretary and Craig Wrathell in assistant/treasurer roles) were noted as unchanged by the resolution.
