The River Ridge Community Development District on Oct. 22 unanimously appointed Keith Merrill to fill the vacant Seat 1, a term that expires in November 2026. The motion, made by Chair Bob Schultz and seconded by Assistant Secretary Robert Twombly, carried "with all in favor."
Mrs. Adams, acting as notary, administered the Oath of Office to Merrill and District counsel Tony Pires and staff reviewed required materials including Form 1 (ethics filing), the Sunshine Law and Form 8B (memorandum of voting conflict). The appointment followed discussion noting Merrill’s long experience on local HOAs and community boards.
