"If it's not done tomorrow...at that point, we're gonna be going in a direction of avoiding an on track," S1 said, describing follow‑up next steps under the contract.
Board members asked about union and subcontractor cancellation rules and financial responsibility for retesting; staff said those terms are in contract and that the contractor would be financially responsible if cancellation occurred within the notified window.
