Commissioners asked clarifying questions about project schedules and locations (Hickory Road, Woodstock Road), and staff said most SPLOST projects are on schedule with some to be completed by August. The board accepted the consent items for consideration on the agenda; further approvals occur as part of the consent vote at the regular meeting.
