Commission recommends approval of CUP for small-scale industrial use on E. 2400 Road

Staff recommended a 10-year CUP with a 5-year administrative review and conditions to ensure outdoor storage is limited to personal items and the use meets equipment-storage restrictions. Bilby said county public-works staff did not object to the use and that the site has operated in its current configuration since the early-1980s.
Commissioners asked clarifying questions about how the use was identified (code contact) and parking site arrangements; there was no public comment. The commission’s recommendation now goes to the Board of County Commissioners for final action.
