Council approves $55,000 for chip sealing, schedules oversized dumpster for fall cleanup

The allocation is intended to fund work as county schedules and resources permit; the minutes state the work will proceed "as time and materials allow." Council did not record a separate contract in the minutes; implementation depends on county scheduling and available materials.
