At 7:15 p.m. during a public hearing the Leola City Council considered leasing city-owned property for 2025. With no members of the public opposing the proposal, Alan Wimer moved and Richard Reis seconded to rent the property to the current tenants; the motion carried unanimously.
The council recorded no public objections during the hearing and directed staff to proceed with lease renewals for the current tenants for 2025. Final lease documentation and any administrative follow-up will be handled by the city office ahead of the new year.
