Adrian volunteered to "write something up... a prose amendment, and we can vote on it or not," and staff agreed to distribute his draft to the board ahead of the next meeting, reminding members they must not discuss it via email to avoid violating the Kansas Open Meetings Act. The item will return to the board agenda at the July 16 meeting.
