Council President Michael Yost called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the body approved routine business items. Council Member Jackie Leibel moved to approve the previous meeting minutes; Jackie Rau seconded and the motion carried.
The council accepted the treasurer’s report after a motion by Council Member Brett Schaible and a second from Jackie Rau. The council recorded account balances of General Fund $532,119.12, Revolving Loan Fund $45,397.12 and Project Account $9,638.41. The council also voted to pay proposed bills and approved a $300 donation to the North Central Heritage Museum; that motion, moved by Schaible and seconded by Richard Reis, carried.
Items listed in the bills included a Rural Development sewer payment of $4,021.00, a Corporate Trust/US Bank quarterly water project payment of $3,082.37 and a WEB Water charge of $8,098.25; totals for listed bills and payroll in the minutes equal $41,634.15.
