"AI and cybersecurity remain central priorities for the Branch," she said, noting the work of an AI task force on deepfakes and admissibility issues.
The Chief Justice also described participation in a statewide technology summit convened by the Judicial Council and noted efforts to expand language services, simplify processes for court users, and strengthen cybersecurity protections. She reported that orientation programs welcomed newly appointed judges and commissioners and recognized staff service milestones across several counties.
