Rebecca “Bex” Slattery moved to authorize the Town Manager, with assistance from the Treasurer, to borrow approximately $92,980 for the window restoration with the understanding that secured grants will repay the loan. Peg Alden seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Lyssa Papazian confirmed her confidence in the contractor.
