DHHL land development shows live dashboard prototype to track parcels, projects and funding gaps

Land Development displayed a prototype dashboard built to integrate parcel, applicant and contract data across DHHL projects. The dashboard, produced with Plexos, shows geolocated applicants, active leases, contract burn‑rates and vertical/horizontal budget projections. Presenters said the system currently reflects roughly 11,000 DHHL parcels, 30,000 beneficiaries (47,000 applications) and more than 250 active contracts, and will be linked to Salesforce and Oracle for live updates.
Ramsey Green of Plexos described the database and said the tool helps quantify funding gaps and the downstream 'vertical' development yield from horizontal infrastructure spending. "For every horizontal dollar that DHHL appropriates to a project, the yield ... was around $4 in vertical development," he told commissioners, noting the dashboard will support federal grant applications and legislative budget preparation.
Commissioners requested beta access to review the data; staff said the system is not public yet but offered to provide reviewer access and to continue data validation.
