"The city needs an engineer. It's vital that we have one," the staff member said, and listed projects that need completion, including Wilson Park, the Kushner project and The Meadows. The staff speaker recommended the council consider narrowing the initial scope to finish priority projects and sign a contract to complete those items.
Council did not take a formal vote on the matter during the meeting; staff said it would return with recommendations and relevant contract documents for council consideration.
