Council approves consent agenda and multiple resolutions; ordinance annexation adopted

Separately, the council approved Resolution 88-94-26 authorizing a single-center event agreement for the Hoover Fire Department’s 9/11 remembrance ceremony and adopted Ordinance 26-27-08 annexing property at 1904 Mayflower Drive after a roll-call vote that recorded seven ayes. The appointment of Don Lilly to the Health Care Authority (Resolution 89-07-26) was also approved. Staff clarified budget amendments and an adjusted AED units cost of $100,000 in discussion of Resolution 88-99-26.
