"It's been reviewed by, the staff accountant, and the administrator's justification is that the line item was overspent due to the increase in need to staff the maintenance department due to a staff retirement," the executive director said. A commissioner moved the transfer, and the motion passed by roll call; the item will be forwarded to the executive committee.
