The Tunbridge Conservation Commission voted to host three "Winter Evenings" programs in January, February and March 2026. Eliza Minnucci, a commission member, moved the proposal and the motion was seconded and passed by the four-member quorum present.
The commission agreed to intentionally share hosting duties among members and directed Eliza Minnucci to schedule Walter Poleman as a presenter for one of the evenings. The group also set a follow-up planning checkpoint at the October 2, 2025 meeting to finalize logistics.
