Tunbridge road report: mower parts delay, Strafford Road nearly finished

Gary Mullen, chair, relayed the road report prepared by Rodney Hoyt. "Still waiting for parts for the mower. Once it is fixed, he is going to do one pass through town and then it will be in to leaf blowing season," Mullen said, describing near-term work. He told the board that "the Strafford Road is almost done" and that adding water during grading had "helped the road come together nicely."
Mullen also called attention to trees at the transfer station and the garage that may need follow-up. The report framed routine seasonal maintenance steps: finish grading on priority roads, move to leaf blowing, and monitor known hazards, with no formal vote recorded at the meeting.
