Commissioners press staff to produce current‑state and future land‑use maps to guide density decisions

Commissioners urged staff to bring a current zoning map as a baseline and then a draft future land‑use map so the commission can mark areas for targeted density, green belts and conservation. Peter (staff) said maps will be iterative and advised the commission not to let the perfect map delay progress; staff committed to sharing a draft map for review before the next substantive sessions.
