Council approves City Center development agreement rezoning for mixed‑use project including hotel and condos

Council Member Nicole Handy moved to approve Ordinance 26-49 as described; Council Member Thom DeSirant seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Staff and the city attorney will finalize outstanding development-agreement exhibits.
