Brad Sanderson presented a rezone for the property at 3757 South 2300 East, explaining that changing from R-1-10 to R-1-8 would allow a more practical lot configuration and enable subdivision into two standard single-family lots. Sanderson said the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval.
Council Member Bev Uipi moved to approve Ordinance 26-47; Council Member Nicole Handy seconded. The Recorder called the vote; Council Members DeSirant, Handy, Uipi and Mayor Jackson voted yes and the motion passed unanimously. No public comment was offered at the hearing.
