The Rolesville Planning Board took the following formal actions at its July 27 meeting:
- Approval of the June 22, 2025 meeting minutes (motion made by Committee member (speaker 2); seconded by Committee member (speaker 3); motion carried).
- Recommendation to the Town Board on TA-26-0006 (Downtown Overlay District), including an added 3–5 foot minimum setback and a clustered-mailbox requirement (motion made by Committee member (speaker 5); motion carried).
- Recommendation to the Town Board on TA-26-0007 (LDO technical corrections) (motion made by Committee member (speaker 8); seconded by Committee member (speaker 9); motion carried).
- Recommendation to the Town Board on PA-26-0009 (Minor-subdivision frontage exception) (motion made by Committee member (speaker 3); seconded by Committee member (speaker 5); motion carried).
The planning board adjourned after brief communications and reports; each recommendation will be forwarded to the Town Board of Commissioners for final action.
