P&Z Administrator Jay Rice told the Irwin City Council on Sept. 3 that two permits were issued: 2024-09 for a Bully Shed and 2024-10 for a Greenhouse. The report was brief and recorded on the consent/P&Z agenda.
During citizen comments, resident David Kunz asked about the posted speed limit on Irwin North and urged that signs be installed because, he said, “dump trucks are racing up and down the road and it is unsafe.” The council did not record a response or action on speed signage in the meeting minutes.
