Irwin council approves conditional use permit for Ron's Towing with fencing and access conditions

Council members approved the conditional use permit with conditions: installation of an 8-foot screen fence fitted with dark-colored privacy slats, limiting access to the impound area from Highway 26 only, and requiring property cleanup. The minutes record a roll-call vote with Darrel Ricks, Marc Weimar, Terrie Stromberg, Teresa Dumont and Shane Fisher voting yes. The clerk and P&Z administrator (Kelly Palmer and Jay Rice) were assigned to prepare the conditional use letter implementing the decision.
