The Pittsburg County Excise Board convened a special session on June 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the County Clerk’s Office at the County Courthouse. Chairman Matt McGowan called the meeting to order and the roll was called; Matt McGowan, Randy Crone and Candido Echelle were present.
Board member Candido Echelle moved to approve the posted agenda; Randy Crone seconded the motion and the board voted unanimously in favor. Echelle later moved to approve the minutes from the May 18, 2026 regular meeting; Crone seconded and the motion passed with all present voting aye. The board recorded that there were no public comments during the meeting.
With no unfinished business, county business, or new business, Echelle moved to adjourn; McGowan seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The meeting was recessed following the vote.
