Stewart reported seizures of 202.63 grams of methamphetamine and 0.5 grams of cocaine in June, a daily jail average of 128 inmates, and revenue collected from housing federal and Gonzales County inmates (e.g., $13,500 for U.S. Marshals inmates and $2,200 for Gonzales County inmates). Commissioners thanked the sheriff and his officers for their response during a recent flood event.
