Commissioners approve final plats for Oak Park and Blades of Grama; Ravine plat held

The Wilson County Commissioners Court approved two final plats July 27: the Oak Park final plat (10.1a) and the Blades of Grama replat (10.1b). Staff reported both had favorable review-committee recommendations and that the Blades of Grama plat had acquired necessary utility signatures since the prior meeting. Commissioner Perdola moved to approve both plats and the court approved each by voice vote.
The court took no action on the Ravine subdivision (10.2a) after staff said the developer had not completed purchase paperwork; the item will return to a future court once the developer completes the purchase. Separately, the court approved naming a private lane "Big Country Lane" for addressing and emergency-response purposes along Kaufman Road; staff said the lane naming helps first responders locate multiple structures on the property.
