Resident asks for clarity as Tyngsborough pursues liquor‑license enforcement with Dracut over Sandbar Beach Club

Town Manager Colin Loisel replied that staff have focused on licensing and enforcement provisions and that he shared a draft memo with Dracut Town Manager Kate Hodges; he said Hodges indicated initial review was straightforward and that he expects a meeting after her return from vacation. Loisel also said town staff met with Dracut officials and legal counsel to follow up on alleged overserving and outdoor service beyond licensed areas; he emphasized that the agreement in question deals with licensing and that the license holder will be invited to discussions.
