The applicant's representative, Megan Pasco of Tanner Consulting, confirmed the current owner is Public Service Company of Oklahoma and said the property is in process of sale to the developer Clara Land Group; she answered council questions about access and neighborhood connections.
A council member moved to approve the rezoning per staff and planning commission recommendation and another council member seconded; council proceeded with the motion. Staff noted one opposition letter citing traffic concerns but no formal opposition at the meeting.
