The Village Board unanimously approved the consent agenda, which included approval of the June 22, 2026 meeting minutes, municipal invoices totaling $1,461,229.41 (checks #87817–87948) and $1,304,750.26 (checks #87656–87761) for a combined total of $2,765,979.67, and multiple operator licenses under s.125.17 of the Wisconsin Statutes and Howard Municipal Code §12.02(4)(h). The consent agenda also authorized a Temporary Class B Retailer’s License for WI United Football Club for the Captains Cup at the Nouryon Sports Complex concession building on July 27–28, 2026 at 1600 Pinecrest Road.
Trustee Chris Nielsen moved to approve the consent agenda and Trustee Maria Lasecki seconded; the motion carried unanimously. The minutes list the individual operator licensees approved under the Howard Municipal Code but do not record any public comment on these items.
