Olivia Strong moved "To nominate Ray Stapleton as Vice-Chair," a motion the board adopted by unanimous vote. Strong also moved to nominate Justin Bunnell as clerk; that motion likewise passed. The board approved a schedule of regular meetings on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:30 PM at the 1879 Schoolhouse after a motion by Justin Bunnell and a second from Ray Stapleton. The votes on all reorganization items were recorded as "all in favor."
