The agreement includes a land grant of 10 acres at AeroForge, a tiered new‑jobs incentive (ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 per job based on wage tiers) capped at $500,000 total, and a capital investment incentive for permitting fees not to exceed $28,316 plus expedited permitting. Miller said the incentives are performance‑based and contingent on CSI meeting job creation and capital investment benchmarks. The council moved, seconded and adopted the agreement at this meeting.
