At the April 14 meeting Chair Todd Hindinger proposed that board members divide meeting responsibilities so that if a member is absent another member could take over their duties. Hindinger said he would like to see members take different parts of meetings and indicated the idea should appear on a future agenda for discussion.
No formal action was taken at the session; the suggestion was recorded under items for future agenda and could be brought forward for assignment or a procedural vote at a later meeting.
