The Chair read a long list of resolutions proposed for the consent agenda and departmental consideration. Among the items the Chair identified were Resolution 2026-542 to appoint members to the Amherst Conservation Advisory Council for 2026, Resolution 2026-543 authorizing NOx upgrades and fire-investigation equipment, and Resolution 2026-544 for cradle point accessories; the Chair said those will be part of the consent agenda.
The work session transcript also records a broad set of departmental items that will be included on the board agenda later that evening: procurement and change orders (regional demolition CRS 6363), budget transfers and IRS mileage-rate updates (Res. 2026-568, 569), multiple bid awards and piggyback contract extensions, grant application authorizations for EPF and WQIP, and several personnel and equipment items for police, senior services and highway departments. The Chair indicated the Millersport Highway Orchard resolution contains an amendment and will be held until the 7:00 p.m. meeting for further consideration.
