Paul Cornetti reported that Penn Township representative Doug Roth’s term, which began in January 2009, expires at the end of 2026 and that Roth is not seeking reappointment. A Penn Township resident, John Shirra, submitted a letter to Chairman Greg Clifford and to Penn Township expressing interest in serving on the Authority’s board; typically the municipality forwards a recommended replacement to Saxonburg Borough for appointment.
Solicitor Anthony Cosgrove of Dillion, McCandless, King, Coulter, & Graham, LLP reported no items. The meeting closed with no old or new business and adjourned at 6:41 p.m.; the next meeting was scheduled for Aug. 18, 2026.
