Commission approves Project Positive preliminary plat with technical conditions

The Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission voted to approve the preliminary subdivision plat for Project Positive, a roughly 35.67-acre site north of the northwest corner of North David Patrick Avenue and East 36th Street North in a City Employment land-use area.
Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) comments and staff recommendations noted several conditions to be met before final plat approval, including street and right-of-way corrections, a deed of dedication for sidewalks and access limits, floodplain and compensatory storage verification, stormwater detention requirements, and sanitary sewer extensions. The applicant was not present at the meeting; staff said TAC and Tulsa County/City engineering reviews must be satisfied before final plat release.
The Commission approved the preliminary plat per staff recommendation and TAC conditions (Motion by Humphrey; second Rosene Robinson).
