TMAPC recommends accelerated permit release for Jack Wills project

TMAPC voted 9‑0 on Aug. 20 to recommend an accelerated release of building permits for the Jack Wills project, north of the northwest corner of East 66th Street South and South 105th East Avenue. Route 66 Engineering represented the applicant and indicated agreement with staff recommendation.
The staff report presented the request and the commission recommended approval (motion by Commissioner Bulmash; second by Chair Walker). That recommendation will be forwarded to the permitting authority for final action.
