The Mount Kisco Architectural Review Board voted to approve a revision to the Comprehensive Sign Package for 350 Lexington Ave (Case ARB25-29) that will add a monument sign at the front of the building. Steve Giner appeared before the Board and submitted renderings and dimensional information for the proposed sign.
Daniel Gagliardi moved to approve the revision; Nicholas Bagley seconded and the motion passed on a 5-0 vote. The minutes record that the Board reviewed colors and dimensions and found the submission acceptable.
