Applicants Jay Black and Zach Esteves of Diamond Properties, LLC presented renderings and details showing the colors, dimensions and lettering for the proposed monument sign.
James Vallejos moved to approve the sign; Andy Gonzalez seconded and the motion passed with all ayes. The Board’s approval followed review of the submitted renderings and dimensional specifications. No conditions or amendments were recorded in the minutes.
