Council hears HOPE advisory board update warning county shelters may run out of funding by spring

Councilors discussed arranging a work session to gather baseline data on homelessness in Philomath and to identify what kinds of local interactions — e.g., coordinated outreach, public-works referrals, police contacts — might be tracked or improved.
