Commission hears update on a potential senior housing project, says registry application incomplete

During review of the land-use and historic-property notes, Chair (S1) raised an item from 2013 and said there is a current effort and a letter of intent to convert the site to senior housing. Members discussed how the plan should reflect that potential development and whether the language needs updating given the passage of time.
Committee member (S2) and planner (S3) clarified the registry application associated with the property had been started but was incomplete, and that a new, complete application will be needed to re-file for registry listing. Planner noted restoration work had been done on the structure but the application paperwork must be re-submitted for review.
