Council signs off on plan to relaunch FY27 budget survey with added flood‑resilience questions

Mayor Maroons noted a missing flood‑mitigation section and recommended working with councilors to refine questions; staff agreed to return with a polished draft at the Dec. 9 meeting with the intent to publish on Dec. 10.
