Superintendent John Wyrick told the Labette County USD 506 Board that the district submitted a Pre-School Pilot Grant application for $88,000 and thanked staff who assisted with the submission.
"The Pre-School Pilot Grant has been submitted for the amount of $88,000," Dr. Wyrick said, and he specifically thanked Chris Kastler and Donny Peak for helping with the application. Wyrick also reported that the Community Health Center administered the first COVID-19 vaccine dose to USD 506 employees on Feb. 5 and that the second dose is scheduled for March 5.
