On the City of Linn Valley connection, Nasalroad reported pumps for the booster station have arrived and are being installed; he anticipated the main line would be filled, pressure tested and flushed near the end of December 2025. The council did not vote on these items at the meeting; they were given as operational updates and staff committed to follow-up on transfer-switch costs and generator pad installation.
