City Engineer/Public Works Director Brian Reed said winter operations continue and that Big Sky development is progressing. City/P&Z Administrator Craig Eckles said the new five‑acre park should be seeded in the next two months, that an ADA-compliant restroom and sprinkler system are in place, and that Canyon Glen and other subdivisions will return to council as work proceeds. Tim Stover introduced new municipal attorney Shane Nope, who said he has roughly 12 years of municipal-law experience and will assist the city on legal matters.
