Administrator flags semi-trailer parking photo; public works reports winter operations

City/P&Z Administrator Craig Eckles told the council he distributed the Idaho Open Meeting Law manual and shared a photograph left in the city drop box that appears to show a 50-foot semi-trailer parked beside a house for three days; he said Code/CSO Quiterio and public works are monitoring the situation. "Looks like there is a 50’ semi-trailer parked on the side of a house, and has been there for three days now. CSO Quiterio is watching this," he said, and asked that council members use email for trackable communications.
City Engineer/Public Works Director Brain Reed reported crews remain in winter operations but continue work on the water and PI systems and said he would welcome snow to benefit the upcoming watering season. Council Member Snarr thanked public works for installing reflectors on center. The council received the reports as informational; no enforcement action or formal policy change was taken at the meeting.
