USD 506 board approves 2021–22 calendar and KASB renewals, unanimously

Kevin Cole made motions to approve the 2021–22 school calendar, KASB membership renewal, and KASB Legal Assistance Fund renewal; Justin Bebb seconded each motion. The board also approved KASB policy revisions and additions. Each motion carried 7-0.
Motions were moved and seconded in public session with recorded votes that resulted in unanimous approval. The consent agenda was approved earlier in the meeting (7-0) and included an added discussion item (7.2) regarding the Labette County wind farm.
