The council voted to rescind language from its Feb. 10 meeting that had inappropriately included crosswalk verbiage in a subdivision-plat motion. Council President Richman moved the rescission after staff said the crosswalk language should not have been part of the posted motion.
Following that rescission, Council President Richman moved to continue the current and legal method of approving subdivision plats and enforcing recorded plats. The motion passed; Council Members Ahlm and Holmgren were recorded as abstaining on the final vote, while Richman and Snarr voted yes.
