Calloway also described ongoing course work: the municipal course has been operating as a nine‑hole configuration while turf‑removal and irrigation improvements proceed; staff said the turf/irrigation contractor is behind schedule and that a final cart‑path replacement related to an adjacent housing project was expected to be completed the following Wednesday. Staff cautioned these operational disruptions while celebrating the overall positive preliminary fiscal outcome.
