Crash at 3400 E and 3600 N damages park fence; investigation aided by cameras

Chief Bunderson reported to the council that "there was an accident at 3400/3600 a vehicle failed to stop going East bound and t-boned an F-150. It went flying through our fence." He said the struck section was at a safe distance from the park backstop but did remove a portion of the fence.
City/P&Z Administrator Craig Eckles told the council that all parties survived the crash and that "some [sustained] major injuries." He added that the park's camera system covers much of the area and should aid the investigation. The council received the report; there was no formal action taken at the meeting regarding fence repair funding or timelines.
